Minimalist refers to a style or approach that emphasizes simplicity and minimalism. It often involves using a minimal amount of elements, such as color, shapes, or materials, to convey a sense of simplicity and clarity. In design, art, and lifestyle, minimalism focuses on stripping away unnecessary elements and focusing on the essentials. This can result in clean, uncluttered spaces or designs that are visually simple yet impactful. **

A minimalist is someone who seeks to live with less and simplify their life by focusing on what truly brings them joy and value. This can manifest in various ways, such as decluttering possessions, reducing consumption, and prioritizing experiences over material possessions. Minimalists aim to free themselves from the burden of excess and live intentionally, with a focus on mindfulness and gratitude. Overall, minimalism is about finding contentment and fulfillment through simplicity and purposeful living. **

An alternative to mattress beds in minimalist style is a Japanese futon. Futons are thin, foldable mattresses that can be easily stored away during the day, allowing for more space in the room. They are also versatile and can be used as a bed at night and then folded up and used as seating during the day. Futons are a popular choice for those looking to maintain a minimalist aesthetic in their living space. **
